Important information for presenting and corresponding authors

Speakers of keynote lectures are restricted to 45 minutes including discussion.
Speakers of regular lectures are restricted to 30 minutes including discussion.
Regular presentations are organized in 4 parallel plenary sessions; there are no poster sessions intended.
The available equipment in each of the four lecture rooms will consist
- one Laptop (Windows XP) with CD-ROM drive and USB interface,
- one data projector,
- one overhead projector.

If additional special equipment is needed, please contact the Vice-Chairman at horst.ecker@tuwien.ac.at.

In general one presenter should not present more than one paper, otherwise an additional charge is required.
If none of the authors of a paper registers for the Conference the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings. Therefore the presenting author is kindly reminded not to forget to online register for the conference at the registration link on the website

Copyright agreement forms have been sent out to the corresponding authors along with a fax number to get the signatures of all authors under the required copyright agreement. Therefore the corresponding authors are kindly asked to distribute those forms to all co-authors, have the agreements signed and fax it to the conference organizers.

Short biography form will be available at the conference (Registration Desk and Author Center). Please fill it out and return it to the Author Center.
All presenting authors are requested to hand over their presentation files on CD-ROM or USB-stick as early as possible at the Authors Center at the conference. They should double-check with the file operator of the lecture room at least half an hour before the beginning of their session.
